Web-Men.Net reserves the right to change this Policy any time, so please, check this page frequently or when in doubt.

Web-Men.Net's Policies, Guidelines, and Disclaimer are intended for all domains residing on Web-Men.Net servers. By using our web hosting services, you agree to comply with our policies. Web-Men.Net has a zero-tolerance policy with regard to all Unacceptable Content and Behavior and no exceptions will be made to these policies.

Web-Men.Net strives to provide the best possible service to all our customers, and therefore, we will not tolerate any unlawful activity or abuse on our servers. These policies are imposed to protect you, other Web-Men.Net customers and us against such harm.

Age. The client must be 18 years of age to obtain our services. If you are under the age of 18, you must have a parent or legal guardian obtain services for you.

Payment Policies. Web-Men.Net gives the payment options to our clients: Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annually and Annually. Billing will continue until you cancel your hosting account. Web-Men.Net reserves the right to change prices at any time, unless other terms have been agreed upon. All payment-due notices will be sent by electronic mail. Clients are billed days away from cut-off date and are advised to pay 48hrs upon receipt of notice. Payment shall be deposited to our Bank Account.

Cancellations. Applicable to new accounts created after June 2004, a minimum of 1 year subscription service will be established for our clients to experience continuous service. After this first year, Web-Men.Net and the Client may then enter into another 1 (one) year or more hosting service as the Client desires.

Email Policy. Web-Men.Net may not be the source, intermediary, or destination address involved in the transmission of any unsolicited email, email bombs, hate email, or any mass email. Your email account may not be referenced as originator, intermediary, or reply-to address of such email. We consider mass email any email message sent to more than 30 email addresses or more than 10 news groups. Client is responsible for keeping email storage on hosting account below 10 MB. This is normal for most accounts since email is typically downloaded from the server on a regular basis using an email client such as Outlook Express™ or Eudora™.

Spam Policy. Web-Men.Net is committed to a zero-tolerance, anti-Spamming policy. Under this policy, we prohibit Spam, or any unsolicited commercial email, from being sent either: Over the Web-Men.Net network, by customers or any other users of the Web-Men.Net network; AND/OR over ANY network— if the message sent advertises or mentions a site hosted on the Web-Men.Net server.

We react quickly and seriously to violations, and we further reserve the right to terminate the services, without prior notice, of any customer disregarding this policy.

Content and Use of Services. Web-Men.Net's services may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, distribution or storage of any material in violation of any applicable laws or regulations are prohibited. Linking to illegal material is also prohibited.

Examples of illegality, unacceptable content, links and behaviors include but are not limited to: Pirated Software, Pornography and Sex-related Merchandising, Schemes to defraud, Spamming, Etc.

Traffic/Bandwidth/Data Transfer. Web-Men.Net allows for very generous traffic, and most sites never exceed 2 G per month. You will be charged for all transfer that you use beyond your allotted data transfer. You can monitor your transfer at anytime in your Control Panel.

Backups. It is the clients' responsibility to maintain local copies of their web content any information. The "Back-Up Tool" is included in each hosting plan and client can use this tool to back up your files.

Account Ownership. Web-Men.Net is only responsible to the present owner of the Web hosting space. Each account is represented by only one individual. If you give this information to any other party or give access to your account to another party, you risk having your Web site and any other information on your account changed and/or deleted. We are not responsible for any information on your account should you reveal this information to another party who causes damage to your account and/or Web site.

Limitation of Liability

This Website, its services, its aspects, parts, logos, components or any combination of such, are exclusive intellectual property of Web-Men.Net and its developers and are protected under intellectual property laws and treaties. All other trademarks, brands, corporate names contained in this site are properties of their respective owners.

If visitor of Web-Men.Net provides any information about himself, whether by form or email, visitor warrants that such data is true and that he is authorized to provide such data.

Web-Men.Net may provide links to other websites or resources. Web-Men.Net will not be responsible for the availability of linked pages and does not in any way endorse its contents, products, materials available on or through these sites.

Web-Men.Net shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, which may arise from Web-Men.Net's servers going off-line or being unavailable for any reason whatsoever. Further, Web-Men.Net shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental or consequential damages, resulting from the corruption or deletion of any web site from one of Web-Men.Net’s servers. All damages shall be limited to the immediate termination of service.. The existence of this site is on AS-IS basis. While Web-Men.Net exerts all efforts to make its contents accurate and true, we assume no responsibility for the timeliness and accuracy of its contents.

Web-Men.Net shall be the sole arbiter of what is and is not a violation of these acceptable use policies. Web-Men.Net reserves the right to terminate an account at any time and for any reason that causes harm to any Web-Men.Net customer's web sites. Web-Men.Net reserves the right to delete all content and files upon termination. Web-Men.Net reserves the right to withhold any prepaid funds for any site removed for violations of these policies. Web-Men.Net reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at our sole discretion. Web-Men.Net reserves the right to change these Policies without prior notice or warning. Non-enforcement of any part of these Policies does not constitute consent.

Account  Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend an account with overdue/unpaid subscription fee. Billings are sent days away from the cut-off date to allow clients to prepare payments and process such. Notice/Warning are given before suspension is made. Re-activation of a suspended account is free but all previous unpaid fee shall be settled. Suspension of an account is not a service termination. For a suspended account, client still own the domain name.

Privacy Policy

Web-Men.Net takes your privacy seriously. This privacy policy discloses the practices of Web-Men.Net.

Web-Men.Net is the sole owner of information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in these statements. In order to register for our services, the user is required to supply his complete name, full address, company name, contact numbers and email address. This information is used for order processing, billing purposes and general records.

We use IP addresses to oversee our site, study trends and gather general information. We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

This site contains external links. Please be aware that Web-Men.Net is not responsible for the privacy practices of these sites, companies or individuals. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies or individuals that Web-Men.Net does control or manage.

To better serve our visitors and to improve our service, we may request information via online poll or feedback forms. We also request our visitors to join our mailing list. Participation on our poll, feedback forms and mailing list is completely voluntary.
